Ok, you’ve made the decision — you want to be your own boss and become a Prezelmaker franchisee. Smart move! The first thing you’ll want to do fill out our franchise application. Make sure to answer all questions thoroughly so that we can be sure Pretzelmaker is a good fit for you. If you’re not quite ready to fill out the application and instead simply want a bit more information about the opportunity, you can fast track your inquiry by filling out our form for that. We know you probably have a lot of questions about how to start a soft pretzel business, which is why we want to make as much information available to you as possible! We’ll send you our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) once we’ve received your completed application. Make sure to look over the FDD thoroughly. We’ll also send you an acknowledgement of receipt, which you’ll need to sign and return so that we know everything is on track.
While you’re reviewing the FDD and speaking with our representatives about any questions you might have, we’ll be going over your application. If approved, we’ll set up times for you to meet with our brand leaders, either virtually or in person. They include marketers, operations specialists, and real estate experts who are there to answer questions and facilitate the process. We’ll also run credit and background checks and our executive team will review everything for final approval. From there, it’s on to step three.
